Shipping Charges

Here is some info that we would like you to know about shipping.

UNITED STATES Shipping  (LOWER 48 STATES) 
You will have an option at check out for a many different shipping methods. 
We will do everything that we can to meet or exceed the estimated business delivery days stated during checkout.  Remember these are only estimated delivery days, and do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays.  WE DO NOT GAURANTEE DELIVERY DAYS.  THESE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES.

The shipping costs to you shown during checkout or estimated, and will hold true to the estimate unless your package meets the following exceptions below. 

If your package being shipped falls into one of these exclusions below, we will automatically bill the credit card
used on your order at the time of shipment to cover the cost of shipping and handling to it's destination.  
Things that will change your shipping and handling costs that were originally billed.

1.
 orders, and packages that are deemed oversized by UPS or Fed Ex Standards.  Packages that are over 5,184 cubic inches are considered oversized.  This is determined by the package measurements at the time of shipment.  
The Cubic Inches of a package are found by  doing this math formula.  Length x Width x Height.      Example  a box that is 20" x 20" x 10" =4,000 cubic inches and would not be oversized by UPS standards. 
So if you think you have big parts that will exceed 5,184 cubic inches, your package will ship oversized and will incure additional shipping and handling charges to cover the cost of the shipment to it's destination address.  You will not be notified of the additional charges.  They will appear on your billing statement.

2. orders packaged weighing over 20 pounds in the lower 48 states, or over 3 pounds for International & Alaska &  HawaiI at time of shipment.  If your parts will be heavier than this, your card used on your order will be billed for the additional shipping and handling charges.
You will not be notified of the additional charges.  They will appear on your billing statement.


3. any package that contains a hazardous material as deemed by USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex standards.
You will not be notified of the additional charges.  They will appear on your billing statement.

International Shipping

We can not estimate how long it will take your package to arrive to you.

Shipping when there is a backorder
Due to our ever changing inventory,  some products may be out of stock and will be ordered in for you.
This usually only delays a shipment 1-5 days.
If a part comes back as factory backordered we will release what is shipable and will pay the shipping on the rest of your order as long
as the packages do not fall into these exclusions.

On factory backordered items, after an initial shipment has been made, we will hold the parts until the order can ship complete.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Do to the fact that all parts cannot be stocked we will be unable to contact you about a backorder or potential backorder.  However, we do receive most back ordered parts within 2-3 business days from the suppliers and ship them the same day. There are times when a part goes on an extended backorder due to the factories not having them. 


Order Cancellations...

Once an order has been placed online, or by phone, it enters our system and can not be canceled via email.  You must phone in your order number to cancel.  
You can call customer service M-F 8-5 Central Time at 888-294-5156
 please note that you will incure a 25% restock fee on each part that you cancel which will be deducted from your refund. ALSO shipping charges will not be refunded to cover the costs of returning parts to our suppliers and to cover all other handling involved. 
So please before you order, make sure that you need the parts to prevent this from happening before you place your order.

I called to cancel but my order already shipped, now what?
If you want to cancel your and it has already been shipped, you will need to ask for an RMA number for the return.   You can obtain an RMA by emailing us at  returns@superxpower.com   You will not be refunded any original shipping charges, and shipping charges back to us are your responsibility.
If we paid the shipping on your original shipment due to a free shipping option, the cost that we incured to ship your package will be deducted from your refund.
You will be charged a 25% restock fee on each of the returned parts. 
If your order contains any of the following items.... 
Special Orders, Electrical Items, engines, shortblocks, crank shafts, product with an engine mounted to it, gaskets, chemicals, oil, and inner tubes,  these can not be returned for credit. 

DO NOT REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE you will not be given credit back without an RMA number written on the outside of the package, and the package and contents will become property of superxpower.com.

RETURN POLICY---- all returns require an RMA number from us.

What is an RMA?
an RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization.  We assign specific numbers to products that are authorized for return back to us.

What do I do with the RMA number that is assigned to my return?
Write it clearly on the outside of the container that you are shipping the product back in.
Note: if the RMA is not on the outside of the package, no refund will be given and the package and contents will become the property of superxpower.com   WRITE IT CLEAR ON THE OUTSIDE

Do you want anything else sent back with the product?
Yes, please include a copy of your original invoice, we need that.

Do you charge a restock fee?
Yes, all authorized RMA returns are subject to a 25% RESTOCK FEE.

Who Pays shipping back to superxpower.com?
You the buyer are responsible for all shipping costs back to our returns dept.

Will I get a refund on the original shipping charge I paid?
No, sorry, the cost of shipping and handling are not refunded back.

What is the minimum value of a single part that can be returned?
Yes, if a part costed you less then $5.00 each on your invoice, it is not returnable.   Parts that costed you $4.99 and under EACH are not returnable.
For example one part on your order costed $5.00 , that can be returned following our return policy.   The other 3 items which are the same part number
costed $4.99 each,  these are not returnable.   We do not add up the total of the parts if they are the same part number,  we use the price you paid each.

How long do I have to return items back to superxpower.com?
You have 30 calendar days to have the product delivered to our returns department from the date that your package left our facility to you. 
NOTE: Please put some type of tracking and insurance on your return package.

What happens if I send the package late and it does not get to the returns department in time?
Remember you have 30 calendar days from the day that it left our facility to you for you to have it delivered back to us.  If it arrives after the 30 calendar days, you will not be given a refund, and the package and contents will become property of superxpower.com  

What card will you credit my refund to?
We can only refund back to the original card used to purchase the product.

How long does it take to receive a credit back to my card used to purchase?
Once your return is delivered to our returns department, your package contents will be inspected and a refund will be given.  Please allow up to 30 business days for a credit to appear on your account.

Superxpower.com paid the original shipment to me because I had a free shipping option. Now what?
If your order was shipped prepaid by us to you, our original shipping and handling charges for that package will be deducted from your refund.

What types of products are not returnable?
Including but not limited to any item that costed you less than $5.00 each, electrical items, engines, short blocks, crank shafts, products with an engine mounted on them, gaskets, chemicals, batteries, oil, inner tubes. used items, marred, dirty, or marked on items, items in factory packaging that is opened, marred, marked on, or tampered with, as well as previously installed items, washed, or worn items, items missing factory tags.

The returns department inspects all products before a refund is issued so if your item is affected by any of these return exclusions, do not return it,  you will not be given any credit and the package and contents of it will become property of superxpower.com.
